On March 16, 2011, at 7:00 pm at the Marine Institute Marine Base, Holyrood, the Town of Holyrood held a public information session to discuss a proposal from Schlumberger Canada Ltd. to construct an oil field facility at 143 Holyrood Access Road to prepare perforating tools for the Oil & Gas Industry.

  • January 27- Council completed a tour of Schlumberger Facility in Mount Pearl

  • February 4- Advertised Discretionary Use in accordance with Regulation 32 & 90 of the Town of Holyrood Development Regulations 2000

  • March 16- Public Information Session
